What We Do

An audiologist is a professional trained in the diagnosis and non-medical treatment of hearing loss. Audiologists must hold a masters or doctorate degree. Audiologists are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and are required to be licensed in most states (including Illinois). Besides earning a graduate degree, certified audiologists must complete a year of training (fellowship year) and pass a national exam. The extensive training audiologists receive makes them the premiere choice for non-medial hearing healthcare needs.

At the Hearing Healthcare Centers, we provide a variety of services including complete hearing evaluations, hearing aid selection, fitting and servicing, and fitting of custom-made hearing protection and swim plugs. We also offer a wide variety of Assistive Listening Devices.
